摘要
激素补充治疗是西医治疗绝经综合征的主要方法,但是,对于慎用激素和存在激素使用禁忌症的患者,中医针刺疗法则以其疗效显著、安全方便、不良反应少显现出独特的优势,为了进一步研究针刺治疗绝经综合征的作用机制,越来越多的动物实验研究在临床展开。目前,绝经综合征动物模型的制作已非常成熟,制作方法主要包括自然衰老法、完全去势法和不完全去势法。绝经综合征抑郁动物模型的临床应用已比较成熟,常用的造模方法为卵巢去势和慢性不可预见性温和刺激,但是对绝经综合征焦虑模型、绝经综合征失眠模型和绝经综合征潮热模型的研究有待进一步发展。针刺治疗绝经综合征的作用机制主要为调节激素的分泌,但如何调节激素的分泌缓解绝经综合征的症状有待进一步研究。
Hormone supplementation therapy is the main method for treating menopausal syndrome in Western medicine.However,for the patients cautiously using hormones and with contraindication of hormone use,acupuncture therapy of TCM has its unique advantages of remarkable curative effect,safety and convenience,and few adverse reactions.In order to further study the mechanism of acupuncture in treating menopausal syndrome,more and more animal experimental studies have been carried out in clinical practice.At present,the establishment of animal models of menopausal syndrome has been very mature,including natural aging method,complete castration method and incomplete castration method.The clinical application of depression animal model of menopausal syndrome has been mature.Ovarian castration and chronic unpredictable mild stimulation are commonly used.However,the research on anxiety model of menopausal syndrome,insomnia model of menopausal syndrome and hot flashes model of menopausal syndrome need to be further developed.The mechanism of acupuncture in treating menopausal syndrome is mainly to regulate hormone secretion,but how to regulate hormone secretion to alleviate the symptoms of menopausal syndrome remains to be further studied.
