摘要
通过对某一拟建中高层大开间钢筋混凝土结构住宅的4种结构设计方案进行的计算、分析与对比,提出了钢筋混凝土异形柱框架—抗震墙结构体系。该结构体系具有整体性好、抗侧刚度大、受力合理、抗震性能优良等特点,并且在地震发生时抗震墙形成的筒体将分担大部分的剪力,从而有效地减小异形柱所分担的剪力,并减轻地震作用对异形柱所造成的破坏。可以将该结构体系作为中高层住宅结构体系的推荐方案。
In this paper combined to engineering practice, four structural plans of one subhighrise residential building planed to be built were compared. The comparison showed that it was a good idea that aseismic walls were arranged where lift shaft wall and stairway wall located in the RC frame structure with specialshaped columns. The specialshaped column frameaseismic wall structure has many merits, such as good integrity, large lateral force resisting rigidity, and force distributing. Because the tube made up of shear walls shared most of lateral forces, the damage of the special-shaped columns due to earthquake would decreased substaintially. On this account, the RC frameaseismic wall structure with specialshaped columns is recommended as one of the high priority structures used in subhighrise residential buildings in this paper.
