On april 30, the Politburo meeting reviewed and passed beijing-tianjinHebeicol aborative development Outline, so that the "top-level design" of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated development was officially released which clarified the collaborative development relationship of BeijingTianjin-Hebei fundamentally. On July 11, the CPC Beijing Municipal Party Committee passed Opinions of the CPC Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Beijing Municipal People’s Government on implementing the Outline, thatthe news of beijing tongzhou as the executive vice center became "dust settled", Tongzhou will become the first test area to accelerate the integrated development of BeijingTianjin-Hebei. On July 31, Beijingand Zhangjiakou succeeded in Olympic bid which shows that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated col aborative development will take new steps.
