摘要
低压铸造模具结构比较复杂 ,存在多处冷却系统对模具进行强制冷却。对低压铸造的多种类型的界面根据其换热的特点作了大致分类。针对每种情况 ,考虑了冷却介质和冷却管道的个性参数、建立了相应的计算模型 ,并编制计算程序对实际铸件进行了模拟计算。
According to the characteristics of thermal exchange, various types of cooling interface in low pressure die-casting were approximately classified into 3 types. Aimed to the individual type, taking account of its parameters of the cooling medium and pipeline, the corrsponding calculating model was established. Simulation for actual casting was performed by developed calculating program.
