摘要
针对钽铌湿法冶炼生产普遍存在的气态氟污染问题,研究了钽铌矿溶解含氟废气湿法回收与净化机理.运用冷凝与石灰水喷淋技术组合治理某厂钽铌冶炼车间矿石溶解工序含氟废气,结果表明:其主要污染物HF回收率为73.1%,总净化效率达97.8%~99.4%.排气HF平均浓度为9.1mg/m3、排放速率低于0.19kg/h.将净化工程回收的副产品氢氟酸复用于生产,年创经济效益近50万元.取得了较好的经济效益和环境效益,为该行业废气治理探索了一条可行的途径.图1,表2,参6.
About the gas HF polluting question that happens usually in the course of smeletring by the way of tantalumniobium,the recycled and puritied prinples ,that mine of trantalumniobium smelters the waste gas of HF ,are researched.As result,the percent recovery of its main pollutant HF is 73.1%,the total pruification efficiency can get 97.8~99.4%.The average concentration of air discharge of HF is 9.1 mg/m3,the drainage rate can be low relative to 0.19 kg/h.
