摘要
消除贫困,共同富裕,是社会主义的本质要求,是中国共产党人的重要使命。"十八大"以来,习近平结合我国扶贫实践,立足新时代,创造性地阐释了一系列反贫困重要思想。他首创精准扶贫理念,动员全党、全社会的力量,齐心协力共助脱贫攻坚。通过探索教育扶贫、就业扶贫等扶贫形式,为贫困人口赋予劳动能力和就业机会,阻断贫困代际传递,实现贫困人口的高质量脱贫。习近平新时代反贫困思想以"能力扶贫"和"机会扶贫"为核心主题,是马克思主义中国化的重要成果,极大丰富了当代反贫困理论,对我国实现全面建成小康社会目标具有重要指导意义,也为世界反贫困理论和实践提供了中国智慧。
Eradicating poverty and achieve common prosperity are the essential requirements of socialism and an important mission of Chinese Communists.Since the Eighteenth National Congress,Xi Jinping has creatively expounded a series of important anti-poverty ideas based on the practice of poverty alleviation in China and the new era.He pioneered the concept of taking targeted measure to alleviate poverty,and called for mobilizing the strength of the whole Communist Party and society of China to work together to help fight against poverty.By carrying out education,employment and other forms of poverty alleviation,the poverty-stricken population will be given labor capacity and employment opportunities,intergenerational transmission of poverty will be blocked,and high-quality poverty eradicating will be achieved.Xi Jinping’s anti-poverty thought in the new era based on the core theme of'ability poverty alleviation'and'opportunity poverty alleviation'.It is an important achievement of the Sinicization of Marxism,which greatly enriches the contemporary anti-poverty theory,and has important guiding significance for China to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an allround way.
