不锈钢复铝板结合强度和延伸率的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 实验研究了N2 气保护下加热轧制复合和辊板轧制工艺对不锈钢和铝复合板材界面结合强度及复合板深加工性能的影响。结果表明 ,N2 气保护下加热轧制复合和辊板轧制可有效提高复合板界面结合强度 ,同时使达到界面良好结合的临界变形率明显降低 ;这两种轧制工艺不仅在小变形的条件下即可实现不锈钢和铝复合界面的良好结合 ,而且能明显降低复合过程中不锈钢的变形率分配 。 In this paper, the study has been carried out on the interface bonding strength and the deep shaping property of the stainless steel/aluminum bonding sheets that produced by rolling when heated the stainless steel and aluminum sheets with inflating nitrogen (N 2) or by roller plate rolling. The results indicate that, using N2 when heated or roller plate rolling is propitious to increase the interface bonding strength and to decrease the threshold deformation. These two rolling processes may not only improve effectively the interface bonding strength at the smaller threshold deformation but also lower obviously the ratio of the stainless steel in the total thickness reduction. This is propitious to improve the deep shaping property of the bonding sheets.
