摘要
为了贯彻中央下达的关于院校合并,实现地方院校优势互补,加强合作的办学思想和部署,许多院校实行了实质性合并。本文针对多个院校合并后,档案资料多而复杂的实际情况,认为应从三个方面加强对合并院校的档案管理工作。第一,在指导思想上要贯彻实质性融合;第二,在管理体制和档案实体、人财物方面要实现相对集中;第三,在运行机制上要实现规范统一。
In implementing central government’s call for merger of small and medium-sized local universities and colleges for cooperation and compensation,many universities and colleges have merged.This paper attempts to search for ways to effectively manage the archives of merger universities and colleges and proposes that it can be done in the following three ways: 1) they must be ideologically in concert,2) in system,financing and other aspects,priority must be given to archives management and 3) operation must be standardized.
