摘要
进入新世纪,人们的旅游观念、旅游兴趣、旅游目的发生了很大的变化,促使旅游业要适应这些新动向、新特点,相应地对导游人员也提出了更高的要求。本文在分析旅游业新特点的基础上,探索新形势下导游人员应具备的素质和培养途径。
In the new century,people's attitude toward traveling,their interest in and their purposes of traveling have all changed .And this forces the tourism industry to adapt to these new trends and puts higher requirements on the tour guides.Based on the analysis of the new features of the tourism industry, this paper explores into the qualities the new century tour guides should have and the ways to train these qualities.
