摘要
2V-6/7型空压机是我国目前生产量最大、应用最广泛的动力压缩机之一,但长期以来,其噪声高、振动大的缺陷并未得到很好的解决,由用户反馈的信息得知,时而还有断轴事故发生。经过认真分析,笔者认为:除有装配上的不当原因之外,主要还是由于原设计的平衡重的质量不足,在轴承处产生较大的交变支反力所致。为此笔者对该机的动平衡系统进行了校核计算,并进行了改进设计。文中分析了双V型空压机,气缸中心线夹角γ=90°的惯性力的变化规律,确定出了本机型的最佳一阶往复惯性力矩的平衡值和改进后的平衡重结构尺寸。
2V6/7 air compressor is one of the dynamic compressors with the biggest production and the most extensive use.But the disadvantage of high noise and large vibration remains unsolved.The accidents of shaftbreak are reported at times.Through analyzing,the author thinks that it is due to the fact that the mass of primary counterweight is not adequate and the alternation counterforce in the bearing is large besides the unfitted assemblage.The stir balance system of the machine is recalculated.This paper analyzes the inertia force of double Vtype air compressor,and designs the optimum counterweight according to the feature of angle 90° between centerlines of cylinders.
