摘要
拖欠工程款严重影响了建筑企业的发展 ,同时也影响了整个建筑行业正常的经济秩序。实行业主承担保证责任是解决这一问题的一个有效途径。
Default of engineering cost greatly hinders the development of construction enterprises, and thus disturbs the ordinary economic order in architectural system. The practice of guarantee warrantee payment by proprietor is an effective way to solve this problem. This paper explores the practicability and some effective measures of guarantee warrantee payment by proprietor in the current chaotic architectural circle in China.
