摘要
通过实验对影响黄芩甙提取的因素进行了探讨,得出了黄芩甙提取的较佳工艺条件:每批煎煮两次,加水量分别为中药量的10倍和8倍,时间分别为60min和30min,分离方式为先用80目筛网过滤再离心分离,用盐酸调pH1~2,在80℃保温60分钟,静置3小时,离心分离洗涤干燥得黄芩甙产品。
The frequencing factors of extracting Baicalin was studied, and the good technology cenditiens wasreobtained as follows: decocted the scutullaria baicalensis 2 times with 10 folds and 8 folds water seperatelg and keeped decocting 60 minutes and 30minutes seperately, then removed the residue with 80 screen mesh and centrifuge, regulated the filtrate' s pH 1 ~ 2 with hydrochlonc acid, keep the temperature at 80℃ about 60 minutes,layed aside 3 hour, separated with centrifuge,dried the residue and obtained the baicalin product.
