摘要
通过实验对乳化剂进行筛选分析,最终确定最佳乳化剂为Span-80。配方为Span-80与Tween-20比3∶1。将乳化机中转速设为10000 r·min^(-1),把水相加入油相中乳化3~5min,待体系粘度为900~1100mPa·s时开始通N_2,30min后加还原性引发剂。控制温度上升速度为1.5℃·min^(-1),待温度升至40℃后恒温,反应结束后恒温至5h,得到具有较强稳定性的白色乳状液体。乳化压裂液的评价实验表明其适用于水敏性地层,具有良好的携砂性、耐温耐剪切性能和降低储层损害程度的能力。
The optimum emulsifier was Span-80 through screening and analysis of emulsifiers. The formula is Span-80 to Tween-20 ratio 3∶1. The speed of the emulsifier was set to 10000 r·min-1, and the water phase was added to the oil phase for 3~5 minutes. Nitrogen was released when the viscosity of the system was 900~1100 mPa·s.Reductive initiator was added 30 minutes later. Controlling the rate of temperature rise to 1.5℃·min-1, the white emulsion liquid with strong stability can be obtained when the temperature rises to 40℃ and the temperature is constant to 5 hours after the reaction is finished. The evaluation experiment of emulsified fracturing fluid shows that it is suitable for water sensitive formation, and has good sand carrying capacity, temperature resistance and shear resistance, and the ability to reduce reservoir damage.
