摘要
运用乙醇活化法将广安柚制备成柚子皮吸附剂,并探讨柚子皮吸附剂在常温下对亚甲基蓝溶液的吸附性能研究,考察了m(乙醇)∶m(柚子皮)、乙醇活化剂质量分数、活化反应时间对柚子皮吸附剂的吸附量的影响。研究表明随着m(乙醇)∶m(柚子皮)增大,乙醇质量分数的增大,柚子皮吸附剂的吸附量增大;随着活化反应时间的延长,柚子皮吸附剂吸附量先增大后趋于平缓。并通过响应曲面优化法对柚子皮吸附剂的制备工艺条件进行了优化。
Ethanol activation technology can be used for the grapefruit skin adsorbent.We studied the influences of m(ethanol)∶m(grapefruit skin)concentration of ethanol activator and the activation time on adsorption characteristics of grapefruit skin adsorbent.The results show that with the raise of m(ethanol)∶m(grapefruit skin)and ethanol concentration,the adsorption performance of grapefruit peel adsorbent increases.With the extension of activation reaction time,the adsorption performance of grapefruit peel adsorbent firstly increases and then tends to be gentle.We employed the response surface method to optimize the preparation process condition so that the best preparation process condition are determined for providing the basis for industrial production.
