3D个体化模板CT引导下碘125粒子植入术治疗恶性肿瘤研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 碘125(iodine-125,125I)粒子组织间植入术具有创伤性小、局部控制率高、并发症少等优点,受到众多国内外学者的关注和研究。随着3D打印技术在医学上的应用,3D个体化模板逐步应用于临床实践,3D个体化模板与CT引导125I粒子植入相结合,易于操作,不仅能有效保证术前、术后剂量的一致性和准确性,还能尽可能减少并发症,从而达到最佳疗效。该文综述了3D个体化模板CT引导下125I粒子植入术在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用现状,并对125I粒子植入术临床应用的安全性及有效性作进一步论证,旨在为规范化开展125I粒子植入术提供可靠依据。 The iodine-125(125 I)seeds interstitial implantation has the advantages of minimal invasiveness,high local control rate,and few complications;it has attracted worldwide attention.With the application of 3 D printing technology in medicine,individualized 3 D templates are gradually applied to clinical practice.Individualized 3 D templates combining with CT-guided 125 I seeds implantation are easy to operate and can not only effectively ensure the consistency and accuracy of preoperative and postoperative dose,but also minimize complications to achieve optimal efficacy.This paper reviews the application of CT-guided implantation of 125 I seeds for malignant tumors assisted by individualized 3 D template,and further demonstrates the safety and effectiveness of clinical application in 125 I seeds implantation to provide a reliable basis for the standardization of 125 I seeds implantation.
