摘要
起跑器蹬足板角度的调整,有利于运动员发挥最佳的起跑效率,提高起跑速度.研制一种基于蹬力、蹬离时间检测的智能起跑器(专利产品),包括智能起跑器数据采集系统和数据分析系统.通过测定起跑时足底压力、蹬离时间数据,分析系统进行数据分析,推荐个体最佳起跑蹬脚板角度.分别选取20名体育专业田径专项和公共体育学生进行测试.综合考虑长式起跑的后起跑器蹬力和蹬离时间的共同影响,为了避免产生最大蹬力而导致蹬离时间过长的情况,起跑器角度为60度时,蹬离时间明显少于最大值,是该测试对象的最佳起跑角度.综合考虑长式起跑的前起跑器蹬力和蹬离时间的共同影响,起跑器角度为50度时,蹬离时间明显少于最大值,是该测试对象的最佳起跑角度.体育专业田径专项和公共体育学生之间存在蹬力、蹬离时间的显著差异.以上实验结果表明,智能起跑器可以用于短跑起跑的教学和训练,确定最佳起跑角度.
The adjustment of the angle of the foot pedal is conducive to the best starting efficiency and the improvement of starting speed.In this paper,a kind of intelligent starting device(patent product)based on the detection of the push-off force and the push-off time is developed,including the intelligent starting data acquisition system and data analysis system.By measuring the data of starting pressure and pedal time,the analysis system carries out data analysis,and recommends the optimal angle of the pedal board.20 students majoring in Athletics and Public Sports were selected for the test.In order to avoid the situation that the maximum pushing force leads to too long a pushing time,when the starting angle is 60°,the pushing time is obviously less than the maximum value,which is the best starting angle for the test object.In a comprehensive consideration of the joint influence of the starting force and the departure time of the front start,when the starting angle is 50°,the departure time is obviously less than the maximum value,which is the best starting angle of the test object.There are significant differences between students of track and field specialty and students of public sports in push-off force and time.The above experimental results show that the intelligent starter can be used for teaching and training of sprint starting,and determine the best starting angle.
