摘要
文章以高技术企业为研究对象,选取2006-2013年的省际面板数据,运用混合OLS模型和个体效应回归模型分析企业自有资金投入、政府财政直接拨款、创业风险投资和外商直接投资等对企业创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明,企业自有资金投入和创业风险投资对企业科技创新活动有着显著的正向影响,而政府财政直接拨款和外商直接投资则缺乏显著影响。文章对出现这一研究结果的原因做出阐述,并反思了政府在企业科技创新活动中所起的作用,有针对性地提出相关政策建议。
The High-tech Industries are taken as the object of study and the panel data of 27 provinces( municipalities) from 2006 to 2013 is chosen to analyze the impact of the enterprise self-owned capital investment,the government allocate fund,the venture investment and the foreign direct investment on the enterprise innovation performance with the mixed OLS model and the individual regression analysis model. The results indicate that the enterprise self-owned capital investment and the venture capital has a significant positive influence on the enterprise technology innovation performance. While the government allocate fund and the foreign direct investment have no significant influence on it. The paper elaborates its research results and ponders over the government position and its role in the enterprise technological innovation,and then some suggestions related with relevant policies are put forward.
