羟基磷灰石陶瓷的工作原理主要是湿敏陶瓷的半导体化 ;少量异价离子的掺入引起材料导电性的变化 ;湿敏陶瓷晶粒界处吸收的水分子从半导体表面吸附的氧离子中吸取电子 ,而导致整个元件电阻的变化 ;
The working theory of Ca 10 (PO4) 6(OH) 2 multiplecavity ceramicis the material,sconductivity change.Multiple cavity ceramic wet snsitive component have been prepared by sintering and molding of HAP which was syn thesised by water heated method.
