摘要
目的观察鼻渊软胶囊联合头孢呋辛治疗急性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法随机选取急性鼻窦炎患者70例,随机分为头孢呋辛联合鼻渊软胶囊治疗组(联合治疗组)和头孢呋辛单独治疗组(单独治疗组)每组各35例。结果联合治疗组患者治疗的总有效率为97.1%显著高于单独治疗组的85.7%(P<0.05);鼻塞、咳嗽、头痛、嗅觉障碍缓解时间均显著短于单独治疗组(P<0.05);复发率5.7%显著低于单独治疗组20.0%(P<0.05)。结论头孢呋辛联合鼻渊软胶囊治疗急性鼻窦炎的临床疗效较头孢呋辛单独治疗效果显著,值得在临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Biyuan soft capsule combined with cefuroxime in treatment of acute sinusitis. Methods 70 cases of patients with acute sinusitis were randomly divided into combined treatment group of cefuroxime combined with Biyuan soft capsule and single treatment group of cefuroxime alone, 35 cases in each group. Results The total effective rate of combined treatment group was 97.1%, significantly higher than 85.7% of single treatment group(P<0.05);the remission time of nasal obstruction, cough, headache and olfactory disturbance were significantly shorter than single treatment group(P<0.05), the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of single treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of cefuroxime combined with Biyuan soft capsule is better than cefuroxime alone in treatment of acute sinusitis, so is worthy of promotion in the clinical.
