摘要
目的为了进一步探究口腔溃疡的临床治疗方法 ,分析综合性治疗方法的临床效果。方法根据整群选取该院口腔科2013年1月—2015年1月所收治的280例口腔溃疡患者的临床治疗资料,将全部患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组患者140人。治疗组采用综合性口腔溃疡治疗方法,对照组采用常规口腔溃疡治疗方法。对比两组患者的治疗效果和复发情况。结果治疗组:48 h内显效者140人(100%);3 d内治愈者128人(91.43%);5 d内治愈者9人(6.43%);7 d内治愈者3人(2.14%);治疗后3个月内复发概率为0%。对照组:48 h内显效者43人(30.71%);3 d内治愈者38人(27.14%);5 d内治愈者41人(29.29%);7 d内治愈者51人(36.43%);超过7 d未治愈者10人(7.14%);治疗后3个月内复发37人(26.43%)。对比两组患者的治疗情况,治疗组明显优于对照组,其结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性口腔溃疡治疗方法包括区域性治疗、辅助性治疗以及全身性治疗,较常规治疗方式具有显著的治疗优势,应于临床重点推广。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of comprehensive treatment for oral ulcer. Methods According to their clinical data, 280 patients with oral ulcer admitted to the hospital between January 2013 and January 2015 were randomized to undergo comprehensive treatment(the treatment group, n=140) and conventional therapy(the control group, n=140). The efficacy and recurrence was compared between the two groups. Results In the treatment group, 140(100%) showed response to the treatment with 48 h postoperatively, 128 patients(91.43%) were cured within 3 d postoperatively, 9(6.43%) were cured within5 d postoperatively and 3(2.14%) were cured within 7 d postoperatively; the recurrence rate within 3 months postoperatively was 0%. In the control group, 43(30.71%) showed response to the treatment within 48 h postoperatively, 38 patients(27.14%)were cured within 3 d postoperatively, 41(29.29%) were cured within 5 d postoperatively, 51(36.43%) were cured within 7d postoperatively, and 10(7.14%)were cured more than 7 d after treatment; the recurrence rate within 3 months postoperatively was 26.43%(37 cases). The outcome was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group with statistical difference,P <0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment which includes regional therapy, adjuvant therapy and systemic therapy is superior to conventional treatment in management of oral ulcer, and it is worthy of popularization.
