摘要
目的探讨血浆中D-二聚体测定的临床价值。方法整群选取2014年12月—2015年5月来该院入住的96名患者作为观察组,疾病分布为弥散性血管内凝血31例、肺动脉栓塞30例、恶性肿瘤35例。31例健康人群作为对照组,分别进行血浆中D-二聚体的含量测定。结果观察组中各类型疾病患者的血浆D-二聚体含量均超过正常值,对照组含量属于正常。观察组中D-二聚体含量与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 D-二聚体是体内高凝状态和纤溶亢进的一个分子标志物。临床上可能引起血栓的疾病,均应考虑进行D-二聚体的含量测定,D-二聚体的含量变化对于临床疾病的诊断具有很高的价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of plasma D-dimer. Methods Select 96 cases patients from December 2014 to May 2015 as the observation group in our hospital. It includes 31 cases of disseminated intravascular coagulation, 30 cases of pulmonary embolism, 35 cases with cancer, select 31 cases healthy people as the control group. All the patients gave the plasma D-dimer content determination. Results Plasma D-dimer observation value of the patients with various types of disease in observation group is higher than normal and the control group is normal. D- dimer content of each type of disease in observation group showed significant differences which is compared to the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion D-dimer is a hypercoagulable state in vivo and fibrinolysis of a molecular marker.It should be considered for determination of D- dimer content when the disease can cause blood clots in clinical.The variation in content of D- dimer has high value in the diagnosis of clinical disease.
