摘要
本文首先回顾了美国风险投资业发展历程,然后运用现代产业组织理论SCP框架对美国风险投资业进行系统分析。研究结果表明,美国风险投资业较高市场集中度、较低的进入退出壁垒决定了美国风险投资业投资行为和市场绩效。最后探讨了美国风险投资业发展前景,并就中国风险投资业发展提出对策与建议。
The paper reviews the history of U. S. venture capital industry briefly, and analyzes the U. S. venture capital industry with SCP frame of modem Industrial Organization theory systematically. The research results show that high market concentration ratio and low entrance&exit barriers determine the investment behavior and market performance of U.S. venture capital industry. Last the paper probes the outlook of U. S venture capital industry and gives some suggestions to Chinese venture capital industry development.
