摘要
通过对发生爆炸的蓄能器材料 35CrMoA的分析 ,确定蓄能器的爆炸不是由材质不合格引起。采用能量计算法得到蓄能器爆炸时的压力高达 2 4 70MPa ,说明单纯的由压缩气体超压导致的物理爆炸不可能产生如此高的压力。结合爆炸现场的燃烧痕迹以及事故后对钢瓶内残余气体的分析结果 ,认为爆炸事故是因氮气瓶误装了氧气 ,从而在工作过程中发生了化学爆炸而引起。
Analysis on the material quality of the exploded accumulator components showed that the explosion of the accumulator did not result from material quality. Energy calculation, revealed that the pressure of the accumulator in explosion was about 2 470 MPa, indicating that the physical explosion only resulting from the excessive pressure of compressed gas could not produce so high pressure. On the basis of the analysis on the combustion vestige of the explosion spot and the remaining gas in the vessel, the final conclusion is that oxygen was unconsciously filled in nitrogen vessel and the chemical explosion burst out during the accumulator operation.
