摘要
在不同土壤肥力条件下 ,对不同品质类型小麦品种的籽粒淀粉积累及淀粉合成过程中的关键酶 - ADPG焦磷酸化酶、可溶性淀粉合成酶与淀粉粒结合态淀粉合成酶活性变化进行了研究。结果表明 ,ADPG焦磷酸化酶、可溶性淀粉合成酶与总淀粉和支链淀粉积累速率呈极显著正相关 ;淀粉粒结合态淀粉合成酶与直链淀粉积累速率呈极显著正相关 ,在灌浆中前期与总淀粉积累速率相关不显著 ,后期呈极显著正相关。说明 ADPG焦磷酸化酶、可溶性淀粉合成酶对总淀粉和支链淀粉积累起着重要的调节作用 ,淀粉粒结合态淀粉合成酶对直链淀粉积累起重要作用。可溶性淀粉合成酶活性高、淀粉粒结合态淀粉合成酶活性低的品种 ,支链淀粉含量高 ,直链淀粉含量低 ,支 /直比例大。增加施氮量能够提高灌浆中后期淀粉合成有关酶的活性 ,提高淀粉的积累速率。文中还研究了不同品种的 RVA谱特征值和土壤肥力、施氮量对 RVA参数的影响。
The accumulating rate of starch and activity of key enzymes adenosine diphosphorate glucose pyrophorylase (ADPGPPase), soluble starch synthase (SSS) and granule bound starch synthase (GBSS) were studied with two wheat cultivars which had different quality, and the relationship between the enzyme activity and starch accumulation or kernel quality was investigated. The results indicated that the activities of ADPGPPase and SSS had a significant positive correlation to the accumulating rate of total starch and amylopectin; On the other hand, the activity of GBSS had a significant positive correlation to the accumulating rate of amylose, but no significant to that of total starch at early filling stage, significant at late filling stage. It suggested that ADPGPPase and SSS had an important adjustive function to the accumulation of total starch and amylopectin, while GBSS to the accumulation of amylose. The cultivar with high activity of SSS and low activity of GBSS had high content of amylopectin, low content of amylose , high ratio of amylopectin to amylose .The increase of nitrogen amount applied could improve the activity of enzyme related to starch synthesis at the middle and late filling stage so as to increase the filling rate of starch. The effect of soil fertility and nitrogen amount applied on characteristic value of RVA profile also were disscussed.
