摘要 通过对CRM和数据挖掘技术的描述,介绍了当今CRM中的重要准则及数据挖掘在CRM中应用的主要技术,对CRM和数据挖掘相结合解决问题的步骤进行了说明。 Through describing CRM and data mini ng technique,this paper introduces the important principles of CRM and the main techniques of applying d ata mining in CRM,and gives descript ion of the steps of solving the proble m with the combination of CRM and data mining.
