摘要
天然条件下的长期干旱化趋势使中国西北地区内陆河流域生态环境十分脆弱 ;水资源的无序利用则导致其生态环境进一步恶化。合理的水资源开发模式要以水资源与生态环境的耦合研究为基础 ,将水资源开发作为水资源系统的输入 ,其输出作为生态地质环境系统的输入 ,分析其响应 ,即生态环境的变化 ,对水资源开发方案的生态环境效应进行预测评价。水资源系统的滞后与延迟效应、地表植被的习性及水因子的涨落特点是研究中的关键问题。
Long-term aridity of nature has made the eco-environment in inland river basin,NW China much vulnerable and immethodical exploitation and utilization of water resources has further deteriorated it.So rational water resources exploitation should be based on th study of coupling relationship between water resources and eco-environment.Specifically,water resources exploitation should be regarded as the input of water resources system and accordingly its output as the input of eco-geological environment system;therefore the responses of the eco-geological environment system to the input change the eco-environment.Thus the effect on the eco-environment can be predicted according to the plan of water resources exploitation.During above research work,special emphasis should be put on hysteresis and delay of the water resources system,habit of the natural vegetation,and fluctuating features of water factors.
