摘要
职业倦怠是当前心理学界普遍关注的一个问题。近30年来,国外关于职业倦怠的研究,主要包括:对职业倦怠定义的界定,职业倦怠研究的历史发展,职业倦怠的产生原因、症状以及职业倦怠与工作压力、人格特质之间关系等。对国外职业倦怠研究进行归纳总结,对我国开展此类研究大有益处。
Job burnout is of popular concern in the field of psychology. The definition of job burnout, the process of the research, the cause and symptom of job burnout, and the relationship between job burnout and job stress and personality are the focus of the research abroad in the recent 30 years, a summarization of which will do great good to the similar research in our country.
