摘要
“以法治国”的治国方略是对中华民族“法治”传统的继承和发展。本文按照历史唯物主义的观念,指出“法治”对社会存在的巨大反作用,以及在社会主义初级阶段,实施“以德治国”的现实意义。
The Strategy of 'Ruling The Country By Law' carries on and develops Chinese tradition of 'rule of law'. This article reveals the great reaction of 'rule of law' to social being and the practical significance of practising 'ruling the country by morality' at socialist preliminary stage.
