摘要
护士职业心理素质是近年来研究的热点之一,参阅相关文献,分析我国目前研究现状,提出今后研究的关键问题,并阐述了该研究对护士职业选拔和教育与管理的重要意义。
Psychological quality of nursing profession has become the hot topic of research in recent years. The key issues of future research on this topic have been put forward on the basis of reading related reviews and analysing its current situation in terms of this research in China. Besides, the significance of this subject on the selection and education of nurses and their management is discussed.
