摘要
第三方物流在国外是个发展很成功的物流运作模式 ,而在中国却不尽人意。第三方物流在中国的发展之所以未能象国外那样 ,其中一个很重要的原因是工业、商业企业与第三方物流企业之间尚未能建立起一个有效的信任机制。而这其中有工商企业的问题 ,有第三方物流企业自身的问题 ,也有政府协调作用及社会的问题。找出问题的根源加以解决 ,通过三方共同努力建立起一个有效的信任机制 ,那么 ,我相信在中国 ,第三方物流将会成为社会化物流健康、高效发展的重要运作模式。
The third party logistics has been a successful model for operating logistics in foreign countries, but still unsatisfactory in China. One of the main causes is that an effective trust mechanism has not been established among industry, commercial business and third party logistics. Some problems exist in the commercial and industrial enterprises, in the third party logistics itself, in the government coordination and in the society. To find out where they come from and then solve them, to set up an effective trust mechanism through the efforts of the three parties, the third party logistics would become an important operating model for the social logistics development with healthy effectiveness.
