摘要
目前学术界对地方政府职能转变的研究 ,很少有人从政府交易成本的层面去分析 ,这难免使我们的理论研究涉足的面太窄 ,理论研究的深度不够。通过从政府交易成本的层面去探索政府职能转变的内在规律 ,从而论证说明政府的交易成本是政府职能转变和确定政府职能边界的最本质因素。
Few people analyze the transfer of local government functions through the government transaction cost in the academic circles. This inevitably makes the research theory not too wide and the theory research not too deep. Through the government transaction cost to find out the inherent laws in the transfer of government functions, this paper explains that the government transaction cost is the most essential factor in the transfer and determination of government functions.
