摘要
目的 :了解 2 0种中草药对絮状表皮癣菌的抗菌作用。方法 :采用菌落计数法 ,计数实验组与正常对照组在平板上的菌落数 ,比较它们的异同。结果 :9种中草药的菌落数明显少于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;另外 11种则无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :9种中草药对絮状表皮癣菌的生长具明显的抑制作用。
Objective:To determine the effect of 20 Chinese Traditional Drugs (CTDs) on growth of E.floccosum. Method: Colony counts and T test were done to compare the test group with the contrast group. Result: The counts that 9 CTDs showed were lower than the contrast ,which is significantly different ( P <0.05) and that the others showed were not ( P >0.05).Conclussion: Some Chinese traditional drugs have negative effect on the growth of E.floccosum in vitro.
