摘要
目的 :总结 4 8例球囊导管扩张胆囊管纤维胆道镜检查的应用经验。方法 :常规胆囊切除术后 ,球囊导管扩张胆囊管 ,经扩张胆囊管纤维胆道镜检查。结果 :球囊导管扩张胆囊管 4 8例 ,完成纤维胆道镜检查或取石4 4例 ,成功率 92 % ,无残留结石发生。结论 :球囊导管扩张胆囊管纤维胆道镜检查操作简便、安全 ,提高经胆囊管纤维胆道镜检查的成功率 ,是胆总管探查的重要辅助手段 ,获得可靠效果。
Objective: To sum up the experience of cystic duct balloon dilation for choledochofiberscope in cholecystectomy. Methods: Cystic duct dilated by the balloon catheter during cholecystectomy, then choledochofiberscope via the cystic duct were performed. Results: Forty-eight patients underwent the cystic duct balloon dilation, choledochfiberscope were performed successfully in 44 patients(91%), no retained stone. Conclusions: The choledochofiberscope has played an important role in the exploration of common duct of cholelithiasis, Cystic duct balloon dilation promote this procedure to high successful rate and easy to perform without special training.
