摘要
对草酸盐沉淀反应一般规律进行了动力学分析 ;通过降低晶体长大速度、增大溶液过饱和度等方法 ,研究了降低Y2O3 粒径尺寸的途径。此法适合于工业大批量生产99.999 %的高纯度Y2O3。
In the paper, the general law of oxalate precipitation reaction is kinetic analysed; the process of decreasing partical size of yttrium oxide is studied by the methods of decreasing growing velocity of crystal and increasing degree of supersaturation of solution. This process is suitable for the batch production of 99.999% yttrium and the impurities can not be introduced.
