摘要
用数值计算方法研究蓄热式热风炉节能烧炉方式 ,用计算机模拟固定煤气量 ,调节空气量及固定空气量 ,调节煤气量的烧炉方式。通过模拟计算的结果分析操作参数变化对蓄热室综合传热效果的影响 ,从中得出最节省煤气量的最佳烧炉方式 ,为蓄热式热风炉选择合理的操作参数进行节能烧炉提供重要的理论依据 ,以减少或避免因操作上的某些错误而导致煤气用量的浪费 ,从而获得节能。
The optimum combustion of regenerative hot stove for energy saving has been studied with numerical method,in which the coal-gas flow is fixed and the air folw rate is regulated or the air flow rate is fixed and coal-gas flow rate is regulated.The influence of operational parameters on heat transfer has been investigated and optimum parameters have been obtained for energy saving,air pollution reduction and economic benefit.
