黑色电气石红外辐射与晶格缺陷及粒径的关系 被引量:12

摘要 对新疆阿尔泰地区产出的天然黑色电气石的红外辐射特性及其与微粉粒径几何尺寸大小的关系进行了研究和探讨 ,对天然黑色电气石的强红外辐射特性从晶格振动、晶体缺陷和杂质引起的局域振动等方面进行了探讨 ,提出了电气石复杂的晶体结构与丰富的类质同象替代等原因引起的晶格缺陷 ,是影响黑色电气石具强红外辐射的主要原因 .对新疆电气石微粉不同粒径的红外辐射特性进行了测试分析 ,结果表明 ,平均粒径在 4.85μm的粉料 ,在 8~ 2 5 μm波长的红外法向比辐射率达最高值 0 .93 ,高于一般红外陶瓷粉料 .研究认为 ,天然黑色电气石微粉是一种具有广阔开发前景的强红外辐射材料 . In this paper,the natural black tourmaline's infrared radiation character is studied,which is from Aertai area,Xinjiang,as well as its corresponding relationship to the powder sizes.The reason why natural black tourmalines have strong infrared radiation is discussed from lattice vibration aspect,crystal lacuna aspect,local area vibrations activated by impurity aspect and so on.Crystal lacuna,which is caused by tourmaline's complex texture and its' abundant replacement is the main reason why tourmalines have strong infrared radiation.Tourmaline powders from Xinjiang with different sizes are tested.The result shows that the average size of 4.85 μm has the highest vertical infrared radiation ratio value of 0.93 in 8~25 μm wavelength,which is higher than that of ordinary infrared ceramics.This study shows the natural black tourmaline powder is a material with strong infrared radiation and has great industrial application potential.
