摘要
随干旱胁迫进程的延长,苹果叶片组织相对含水量下降,净光合速率,蒸腾速率下降,气孔阻力增加。在胁迫初期,叶片叶绿体内1.6-二磷酸果糖磷酸酯酶活性(FBPase)没有受影响,净光合速率下降是由于气孔阻力增加,叶内CO2浓度降低引起的。随胁迫程度的加深,叶内CO2浓度升高,FBPase活性显著下降,这是此时叶片净光合速率下降的原因之一。
With the duration of water stress,the ralatine water contact of apple leaves dropped,net photosynthetic and transpire rate dropped,the stoma resistance in creased.In the early period the activity of FBP enzyme doesn't changed in charoplast,the decline of CO2 consistency induced not enough to effect photosynthetic.With the duration of water stress,CO2 consistency descended.In this time it were main reason led to the dropping of photosynthetic rate.
