巨大型尖锐湿疣复发率分析 被引量：5

An Analysis on Relapse Rate of Lange Condyloma Accuminatum

摘要 目的观察普通型尖锐湿疣与巨大型尖锐湿疣的复发率。方法选择了无合并症上述病例分别为80例和25例进行治疗,治疗后4、12、24周复诊,计其总复发率。结果普通型组复发率为30％,而巨大型组复发率为0。结论巨大型组尖锐湿疣低复发率可能与术中出血较多、耗时长,为极微小疣体进入循环中或接触位于表皮中层及基层的树突细胞增加了机会,从而激活免疫系统(尤其是细胞免疫机制)有关。
