摘要
通过分析与假设,文章建立了采煤机截割粉尘与截齿排列参数、滚筒结构参数和采煤机运动参数之间关系的数学模型,并对模型进行了显著性检验。该模型不仅能计算采煤机截割产尘量大小,而且可以用于定量地分析各种因素对截割粉尘的影响,这对于评价采煤机的工作性能和改进其设计与操作都具有非常重要的作用。
By analysis and supposition , a mathematical model of cutting dust relative to parameters of pick arrangement , boom structure and shearer kinematics is set up in the paper , and a notable test of the model is carried out. This model can not be only used to calculate the output of cutting dust, but also to analyze quantitatively the effect of various factors on the dust output, which is very important to appraise a shearer抯 working performance and to improve the design and operation of the machine.
