摘要
通过对影响小型移动式粮食气力输送装置产量的诸多因素的研究 ,结果表明 :使用拨料吸嘴时的产量比套筒式吸嘴提高了 2 3 %左右。输送距离每增加 1m ,其产量下降 3 %。不同管道布置形式、不同软管和钢性管连接方式、不同漏风量、不同操作条件均对输送产量有影响。随着输送浓度的提高 ,物料破碎率下降。
The factors affecting the capacity of small portable pneumatic grain conveyor was studied, the results of which showed that the capacity of the conveyor equipped with a suction nozzle which has a screw or a paddle for material moving was 23% higher than that of the conveyor with a telescopic suction nozzle. Each increase of the conveying distance would result in a 3% decrease in the capacity. Different arrangement of the piping, different connecting manner of the hose and steel pipe, different air leakage and different operation conditions would have influence on conveying capacity. With the increase in solid-to-air ratio, the breakage of material would be lowered.
