摘要
以二乙基苯为代表,通过详细的热力学计算,探讨了不同反应条件对二乙苯与苯烷基转移反应平衡的影响。研究表明,反应温度对热力学平衡的影响不大,但是对动力学的影响很明显。通过提高催化剂活性,降低二乙苯与苯烷基转移的反应温度,可抑制烷基C—C键的裂解,减少生成副产物甲苯、二甲苯等,有利于提高乙苯质量。此外,提高苯/二乙苯的摩尔比,有利于抑制二甲苯生成,尤其是低温下反应受动力学控制时,能大幅度提高乙苯平衡产率。
Effects of reaction conditions on reaction equilibrium of transalkylation of diethylbenzene and benzene were investigated through detail thermodynamics calculation,with diethylbenzene as sample.The research results show that reaction temperature has no obvious effect on thermodynamic equilibrium,but has apparent effect on kinetics.Improving catalyst activity and reducing reaction temperature can inhibit the cracking of alkyl C-C, and reduce the formation of by-product,such as toluene and xylene,which are favorable to improving the quality of ethylbenzene.In addition,higher mole ratio of benzene to diethylbenzene tends to inhibit formation of xylene,and increase greatly the balance yield of ethylbenzene especially at low temperature when the reaction is controlled by kinetics.
