摘要
目的 :研究细胞间粘附分子 1(intercellularadhesionmolecule 1,ICAM 1)在慢性牙周炎牙龈组织中成纤维细胞中的表达及意义。方法 :应用碱性磷酸酶 抗碱性磷酸酶的免疫组织化学技术 ,对ICAM 1在正常和慢性牙周炎牙龈组织中的成纤维细胞中的表达进行分析。结果 :正常牙龈和慢性牙周炎牙龈组织中的成纤维细胞均表达ICAM 1,慢性牙周炎牙龈组织单位面积中表达ICAM 1阳性的成纤维细胞数目占成纤维细胞数目的比例显著高于正常牙龈组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :牙龈成纤维细胞可能参与和调节慢性牙周炎牙龈组织中ICAM
Objective: To study the expression of ICAM 1 in Gingival Fibroblasts of Chronic Periodontitis. Methods: Expressions of ICAM 1 in fibroblasts of chronic periodontitis affected gingiva and healthy gingiva were studied by an alkaline phosphorylase antialkaline phosphorylase immunohistochemical technique. Results: Gingival fibroblasts expressed ICAM 1 in both chronic periodontitis affected gingiva and healthy gingiva,ICAM 1 positive rate of gingival fibroblasts in chronic periodontitis group are significant higher than that of healthy gingiva group. Conclusion: Gingival fibroblasts was speculated to be involved in immune adhesion progress of ICAM 1 in chronic periodontitis lesions.
