低密度脂蛋白自身免疫在动脉粥样硬化发生中的作用 被引量:13

摘要 体液免疫和细胞免疫同时参与了动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展 ,修饰低密度脂蛋白、自身抗体及其循环免疫复合物在体内均可检测出 ,且同疾病的程度相关。低密度脂蛋白及自身抗体形成的免疫复合物可高效地引起细胞内胆固醇酯的堆积 ,并促进天然低密度脂蛋白受体表达和细胞因子合成增加 ,具一系列致病作用。
