摘要
文章运用物流系统论的原理 ,首先阐述了物流规划的重要意义 ,并结合我国物流业中存在的问题 ,对政府在制定物流发展规划时应该注意的几个问题进行了探讨 ,主要包括物流规划的层次性、物流基础设施的统一规划、物流结点建设和人才体系培养等方面。
The paper makes a research into the logistics programmi ng which is of great importance to the logistics system. Some points are presented on the base of our country's current logistical problem and sould cause the con cerned party's attention.
