摘要
目的:探讨带状疱疹患者的免疫功能状态。方法:采用双抗夹心酶免疫法和酶免疫法检测66例带状疱疹患者血清和水疱的白介素2、游离白介素2受体、r 干扰素和水痘-带状疱疹病毒/IgG 抗体。结果:带状疱疹患者血清白介素2水平高于正常人,水疱中游离白介素2受体、r 干扰素水平高于自身血清,水疱中水痘-带状疱疹病毒/IgG 抗体阳性检出率低于自身血清。结论:带状疱疹患者 T 淋巴细胞功能处于激活状态;白介素2可能是带状疱疹血清中促进病毒消退的主要细胞因子之一;而局部抗病毒的作用 r 干扰素可能强于白介素2。
Objective:Study on the immune function of patients with herpes zoster (HZ).Methods: Interleukin-2 (IL-2),solvable interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R),gamma interferon (r-IFN) and Varicella- Zoster Virus (VZV)/IgG antibody were detected by sandwich enzyme-immunoassay and enzyme-immuno- assay from serum and blistr of patients (n=66) with HZ.Results:The level of IL-2 in the sera from HZ was significantly higher than that in the normal subjects (P<0.001);the level of sIL-2R、r-IFN in the blister from HZ was significantly higher than that in the sera oneself (P<0.001);the positive rate of VZV/IgG antibody in the blister from HZ was significantly lower than that in the sera oneself (P<0.001) .Conclusion:The results suggested that the function of T cell in HZ was activated;IL-2 may be the one of chief cytokine (CK) which impel virus to eliminate in the sera of HZ;The r-IFN may be active harder than the IL-2 in the part.
