人类胚胎干细胞的研究现状与趋势 被引量:2

摘要 胚胎干细胞是来源于早期胚胎内细胞团或原始生殖细胞的一种多潜能性细胞,具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能。胚胎干细胞在临床移植医学、细胞治疗、组织工程、生物学基础研究等领域具有重要的科学意义和巨大的应用前景。
