摘要
以中央关于人口、资源、环境的基本国策为指导,以有效保护、合理利用矿产资源为目标。通过对山东省的地区区情、矿情和矿产资源的区域分布特点、矿业及后续加工业的布局现状和发展趋势的研究。从提高效益、优化布局、调整结构出发,以大、中城市和经济开发区为依托,依靠科技进步和技术创新,拉长矿产资源开发与矿业加工产业链,促进区域经济协调发展与经济布局合理化。
This paper studies the actual condition of Shandong area and its mines, the feature of local distribution of mineral resources, the present layout of mining and processing, and the trend of the development in the future in light of basic national policies in population, resources and environment. For effective protection and reasonable usage of mineral resources, improving benefit and locality, the author gives his views on adjusting the structure, taking large and mediumsized cities and economic development zone as the support, and relying on the science and technology progress and technical innovation. Finally, the author also makes some suggestions on prolonging the industrial chain of the mineral resources development and mines processing, as well as harmonizing local economic development and rationalizing industrial economic layout.
