SNP作为一种新的遗传标记 ,越来越受到世人的关注。本文主要介绍了 SNP的概念、特点、检测分析技术。
Variation of single base in a certain location of chromosomes is called as single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP). As a kind of new generation genetic marker, it received more and more attention in the world. This paper introduced the conception, character, detection and analysis technique,present questions and the prospect of application of SNP.
