摘要
文章重点论述了当前我国加强集成创新能力建设的意义和方法。指出,加强集成创新,提高服务于全面建设小康社会宏伟目标的创新能力,提高面向全球市场的竞争能力,是当前我国科技工作者、各类创新机构必须认真面对的一项重要课题。
The paper gives an account on the sign ificance and measures in strengthen ing the building up of integrated innovation capability of China.And it also points out that to increase in tegrated innovation,to raise the in novation capability in the service of full sca le construction of a comfortably off society and sharpen the competitive edge in global market is an important subject for the science and technology community as well as various institution s en-gaged in innovation to take up conscientiously.
