用Monte carlo方法预测油水分离旋流器的分级效率 被引量:1

PREDICTING THE GRADE EFFICIENCY OF HYDROCYCLONES FOR OIL-WATER SEPARATION WITH MONTE CARLO SIMULATION

摘要 对油滴在水力旋流器中非线性随机运动的特点进行了分析,运用随机过程理论,建立了油滴运动的随机模型,并采用Monte Carlo方法进行模拟,预测旋流器的分级效率。结果表明,Monte Carlo法的预测结果与实际值吻合得较好,用这种方法来预测油水分离旋流器的分级效率是非常可靠的,它能够根据旋流器的结构和工艺参数,直接给出旋流器的分级效率。 By analyzing the oil droplets' random nonlinear motion in hydrocyclones, a random model of the motion of oil droplets was founded, based on which Monte Carlo method was adopted to predict the grade efficiency of the hydrocyclone. The result indicated that the grade efficiency curves predicted and the practical curves coincided very well. It is reliable to predict the grade efficiency with Monte Carlo method. According to the geometric parameters and technological parameters of the hydrocyclone, the grade efficiency can easily be obtained without experiment by means of Monte Carlo method.
